Working in conjunction with the public affairs and political consulting arms of the business, the Kevin Ross Law Practice provides support to clients in regards to contract drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution, litigation, land use and zoning and other legal matters.

A member of the Georgia Bar since 1980, Kevin Ross has practiced law with three major commercial law firms. In the decade prior to starting Kevin Ross Law Practice, Ross was a partner in a top 25 American law firm (Hunton & Williams). While a member of this firm, Ross served four years as its Atlanta office managing partner. During this period of time, Ross held Martindale-Hubbell's highest professional rating.

Mr. Ross's legal practice has been comprised of various practice areas, including general corporate, tax-exempt organizations, tax controversy, civil litigation, and local government law. Ross also served for a decade as general counsel to the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority, where he provided guidance and counsel on numerous projects including the Olympic Games held in Atlanta in 1996.

Ross is a graduate of Emory Law School, where he was a member of the Emory Law Journal and the recipient of various academic awards. In the 1990's, Mr. Ross held the Donald L. Hollowell Professor of Law Chair at his alma mater for five years and taught courses in Election Law and Civil Rights Law. In 1999, Emory University Law School awarded Ross its distinguished alumni award.

Ross has been active in bar association activities. He is a member of the Gate City Bar Association (to which he was elected President during his third year of practice), the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Lawyers Club of Georgia. Ross has previously provided pro bono service through the Georgia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and helped conceive and organize a legal clinic in Atlanta to serve the needs of the working poor. Ross presently serves on the board of directors of the John Marshall Law School.
